- Our goal is to have your package leave us within 48 hours of you placing an order for all in-stock inventory. There are occasions when inventory counts are off. Orders will be fulfilled with available inventory. If only a partial amount is available we will send what is in stock and will charge the fulfilled amount. Buyer pays actual shipping cost.
- CB Station will drop-ship your order anywhere in the USA.
- We do not include our company name anywhere on or in the order.
- For returns please follow our regular return policy.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. To receive a RMA # please call our office at 866-960-5865 or email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The RMA # must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice on the inside. Depending on the circumstances of your return, the merchandise will ship to our WAREHOUSE or our OFFICE.
Merchandise must be in its original condition in order to be returned.
- IF MERCHANDISE ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED: Please instruct your FedEx driver to file a damaged shipment report. Acceptance of the shipment is acknowledgement that the articles received were in sellable condition. Please call our office for replacement.
- IF YOU RECEIVED DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE or IF WE SHIPPED INCORRECTLY: We will replace the merchandise and resend it again.
- CUSTOM/MONOGRAM ORDERED OR RETIRED MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE.
