CONDITIONS

The words "we," "our" and "us" refer to CBStation; the words "you" and "your" mean the prospective purchaser who submits an order (as defined below); and the word "goods" means the particular products we offer for sale.

  1. Minimum Orders

    • A minimum order of $250.00 is required for your first opening order (excludes applicable shipping and handling charges). There is no minimum for repeat orders.
  2. Payment Terms

    • We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. When processing your order, we charge your card for the total amount due upon shipment of in-stock merchandise only. Any back-ordered items will not be charged until they become ready to ship.
  3. Placing Orders

    • Visit us online at www.cbstation.com for quick and convenient ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • If you prefer not to place your order online, our friendly customer service department is here to personally take your order by phone. Just give us a call toll free at (866) 960-5865 with your item numbers and payment method ready.
  4. Personalized Orders

    • In order to expedite the process, avoid any errors, and ensure a positive ordering experience, we highly encourage all personalized orders to be placed on our website.
  5. Back-orders

    • Any orders including back-ordered items will be kept open until the merchandise becomes available and we are able to fulfill your entire order. If you prefer to close the open order before the back-order has been shipped, please call our office.
  6. Shipping

    • We offer an exclusive free shipping opportunity to any order placed on our website where the merchandise totals $500.00 & up. This offer applies to in-stock items only and in order to qualify, your shipping address must be within the Continental U.S. All the orders placed on our website that are received before 2pm EST are shipped on the same day with UPS ground.
  7. Drop Shipments

    • A $3.00 handling charge will be applied on all drop ship orders.
  8. Claims

    • Should any damage occur in transit, please do not refuse to accept the shipment as this will cause delays and added expense. Instead, obtain the delivering carrier’s notation of damaged merchandise and file all claims within 14 days.
  9. Cancellations & Changes

    • All cancellations/changes must be emailed to us at cs@cbstation.com with the order #. Please note, we won’t be able to accept any monogram changes after 4 hours of receiving the order. All customized/monogrammed items and retired/sale merchandise sales are final.
  10. Return of Merchandise

    • Returns are only accepted with prior approval. All returned merchandise must be returned within 14 days in the original packaging exactly the way it was received.
  11. Damaged Products

    • We require a photo of the damaged item(s) in question to be emailed to cs@cbstation.com. At this time, we will determine if a call tag is needed to get the item(s) back. We will then either issue a credit back to the credit card used to place the order (which should reflect back into your account between 2-3 business days) or we’ll process a replacement. If there is no need to return the item, the credit or replacement of a blank bag will be resolved within 24hrs. If the item is customized/monogrammed then we will process a replacement within 48hrs.

ALL CUSTOMIZED / MONOGRAMMED ITEMS AND RETIRED / SALE
MERCHANDISE ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

  1. Deffective Items

    • If there is a defect with any of our products please let us know immediately and we will either credit you for the merchandise or replace it. We do not accept any returns after 10 days.
  2. Intellectual Property

    • The “CBStation” name and related names, logos, textile color patterns, designs, and other intellectual property related to our goods are property (or the exclusively licensed property) of CBStation. With your order, you acknowledge the forgoing and agree not to use such intellectual property in any way.
  3. Internet Minimum Selling Price (MSP) Policy

    • CBStation enforces a strict MSP for all sales over the internet in order to protect our reputation for providing consumers with high-quality bags, as well as protect all efforts (promotional and otherwise) of our business partners. After any discounts, the final total price charged to any consumer paying over the internet cannot be less than our stated MSP.
