Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of goods by CB Station (“we,” “our,” “us”) to you (“you,” “your”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • B2B RELATIONSHIP

    CB Station sells goods exclusively to businesses for commercial resale or use. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing as a business and not as a consumer. Consumer protection laws do not apply to these sales.

  • MINIMUM ORDERS

    • $250 minimum opening order (before shipping/handling).
    • No minimum on repeat orders.
  • PAYMENT TERMS

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
    • Cards are charged only for in-stock merchandise when shipped.
    • Back-ordered items are charged when they ship.
  • PLACING ORDERS

  • PERSONALIZED ORDERS

    • Personalized products are custom-made based on the information and selections provided at the time of order.
    • Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order, including text, initials, artwork, placement, font, thread color, capitalization, and other selected options. Orders will be produced exactly as submitted and approved.
    • Preview images and mockups are provided for visual reference only and are not shown to scale. Actual size, placement, thread colors, and appearance may vary slightly depending on the product, material, and decoration process.
    • Because personalized products are made specifically for each order, changes, cancellations, or returns cannot be accepted once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or production error by CB Station.
  • LOGO EMBROIDERY

    • Logo embroidery orders require artwork approval before production.
    • If your artwork is not embroidery-ready, CB Station can professionally digitize your logo for a one-time digitizing fee, if applicable.
    • A digital proof and updated order will be provided for your review and approval before production. Production lead times begin only after final artwork approval and payment have been received. Inventory is reserved only after final artwork approval and payment have been received; therefore, product availability cannot be guaranteed until that time.
    • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork details, including logo size, placement, colors, spelling, and any accompanying text. Once artwork has been approved, CB Station is not responsible for errors contained in the approved proof.
  • BACK-ORDERS

    • Back-ordered items will remain open until available and will ship once in stock.
    • To cancel back-ordered items, contact our office before they ship.
  • SHIPPING

    • Free ground shipping with our logistics partners on website orders of $1000+ (in-stock items, Continental U.S. only).
    • Ground orders received by 2:00pm EST ship the same day (in-stock only).
    • Priority orders received by 11:00am EST ship the same day (in-stock only).
    • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of goods to the carrier.
  • CLAIMS

    • If damage occurs in transit, do not refuse the shipment.
    • Get the carrier’s notation of the damage and notify us immediately.
    • We will assist you in contacting our logistics partners to open a claim and will do our best to help secure a refund or resolution on your behalf.
    • Please note, we are dependent on our logistics partners for the final resolution of such claims, and we will always try our best to support you throughout the process.
  • CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

    • Order cancellations or changes require prior approval and must be requested by email.
    • Customized items can only be changed or cancelled within 4 hours of order placement.
    • Returns must be requested within 14 business days of delivery and require prior written approval.
    • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and are subject to inspection.
    • Customized/monogrammed, sale, and retired items are final sale and non-returnable.
    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    • Email photos to cs@cbstation.com
    • We will issue a refund or replacement.
    • If no return is needed, we process refund/replacement within 48 hours.
    • No returns accepted after 14 business days.
  • CUSTOMIZED & SALE MERCHANDISE

    All customized items and retired/sale merchandise are final sale and non-returnable.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    • All CB Station names, logos, designs, textile patterns, and related IP are owned or licensed by CB Station.
    • No license or ownership is transferred to you.
    • Use of our trademarks or IP requires prior written consent.
  • INTERNET MSP POLICY

    • CB Station enforces strict Internet Minimum Selling Price (MSP).
    • After discounts, final consumer price must not fall below our stated MSP.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse future orders if the MSP policy is violated.
  • WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

    Except as stated in these Terms, all goods are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • ORDER ACCEPTANCE & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    All orders are subject to our acceptance. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CB Station and replace all prior communications or agreements.

  • GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
    • All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to this jurisdiction.
