Be the main point of contact of assigned customers.
Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork ( Invoices, Sales Orders etc).
Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension.
Present new or additional products and services to existing customers.
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Approach prospective clients through calling, email etc.
Send reports on Sales activity, accounts status and possible issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as an Account Representative or other Sales Role.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with Quick books.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability, we are fast - growing company where roles and expectations can change rapidly.
Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure.
High school diploma, BSc/BA in business is a plus.

CB Station is a vertically integrated company based out of Atlanta GA and our goal is to develop uniquely timeless designs that combine both functionality and fashion specific to the personalized gift industry.
CB Station products (excluding monogrammed or otherwise personalized products) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping costs.
Returns must receive prior approval and the merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of CB Station.
Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of CB Station products.
All sale items are deemed final and cannot be returned.
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 1-Year Warranty. We guarantee that every CB Station product is free of manufacturing defects. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.
