Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a specialized file that our embroidery machines can read and use to accurately stitch your design onto our products.
Q) What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPEG, EPS, AI, and PDF files.
Q) Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. Our Customer Support team will provide an image of the actual stitch-out, along with a visual showing the stitch-out positioned on your selected product for review and approval before production.
Q) How long does logo embroidery take?
Our current turnaround time is up to 10 business days after proof approval and payment are received. Turnaround times are subject to change.
Q) Is there a digitizing fee?
A digitizing fee applies when your artwork is not provided in a compatible .DST embroidery file format.
Q) Can I reorder using the same logo?
Yes. Simply visit the Reorder Decoration section in your account dashboard to reorder using your existing logo.
Q) Can I make changes after approving my proof?
Once a proof has been approved, changes cannot be made to the existing order. If changes are needed, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed with the revised details. This may result in additional processing time.
Q) Where can my logo be embroidered?
Available embroidery locations vary by product and may include the front, pocket, back, or other approved locations. Available placement options will be shown based on the product selected.
Q) Is there a minimum quantity for logo embroidery?
No. There is no minimum quantity required for logo embroidery.
Q) Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Share your Pantone color with us, and we'll match your embroidery thread as closely as possible. Custom thread colors are available when needed, with B2B pricing available upon login.
