RETURNS
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. To receive a RMA # please call our office at 866-960-5865 or email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The RMA # must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice on the inside. Depending on the circumstances of your return, the merchandise will ship to our WAREHOUSE or our OFFICE.

Merchandise must be in its original condition in order to be returned.
- IF MERCHANDISE ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED: Please instruct your FedEx driver to file a damaged shipment report. Acceptance of the shipment is acknowledgement that the articles received were in sellable condition. Please call our office for replacement.
- IF YOU RECEIVED DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE or IF WE SHIPPED INCORRECTLY: We will replace the merchandise and resend it again.
- CUSTOM/MONOGRAM ORDERED OR RETIRED MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE.

- The average processing time for most orders is 14 business days (excludes Saturdays & Sundays).
- All monogrammed items are final sales unless there is a mistake on our end, in which case we will gladly replace it. Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 866-960-5865. Give as much detail as possible so we can rectify the problem.
